Authoritative Wounding by Robert Ricciardelli

People have been wounded deeply even in organizations that are meant to be a safe and restorative place. People in authority can wound others that look up to them by their words, attitudes, and demands. Because spiritual life is so significant in every seeker, the wounds can especially be damaging. Leaders must understand the damages caused by responding to other's, when done outside of God's love and compassion.

Destined Through Freedom by Robert Ricciardelli

Servant Leaders are Spirit motivated to help others find their God given destiny, rather than recruiting others into agenda filled systems or corporate visions. The very place where freedom should reign can often become a place where destiny's are imprisoned by religion and the systems of man. When people can freely hear God's voice and His intended purpose for their own lives, the community will flourish.

Free Yourself by Being Yourself by Robert Ricciardelli

We cannot go back to our beginning to make a brand new start, but we can start now to make the changes necessary to adjust our course for a victorious future.

Choosing Love, Checking Attitude by Robert Ricciardelli

Loving people requires the desire to see the living Christ among them. This is true in our love for the poor, the oppressed, and the forgotten ones, as well as leaders, the proud, and the popular. This love doesn't mean agreeing with or liking everyone's ideas or behavior. On occasion, it even means confronting the attitudes and actions of others. The attitudes of our own hearts, and choosing love matters much.
